A group of frat boys visit a nightclub run by vampires where they have to fight for survival. The nightclub is situated in a barren, desolate, no-mans land section of town the police do not patrol and which is populated by non-club vampires and psychopathic, albino gangland thugs. After entering into this hellish underworld of murder, terror and life-threatening situations, the three frat boys and one innocent girl have to do their best to either escape or survive at least until dawn, whichever one comes first.
