Kayley’s father, Sir Lionel, is one of the knights of the Round Table. Kayley wants to be a knight like her father and serve Camelot. Tragically, Lionel is killed while defending King Arthur from the greedy Sir Ruber, who wants more land than everyone else. Ruber flees Camelot after being beaten back by Excalibur. After Lionel’s funeral, Arthur tells Lady Juliana, Lionel’s widow, that she and Kayley will always be welcome in Camelot.

After ten years, Ruber’s griffin attacks Camelot, injures King Arthur, and steals Excalibur. Merlin’s falcon Ayden attacks the griffin and the sword falls down into the Forbidden Forest. A horn is sounded signaling across the country that Excalibur has been stolen. Meanwhile, Ruber, who plans to use Excalibur to usurp the throne, goes to Kayley’s home. He holds everyone hostage and uses dark magic to combine his human henchmen (and a chicken) with weapons (maces, crossbows, flails, axes, etc.), creating metal warriors. He then takes over the village and captures Juliana. He plans to use her in order to gain entrance into Camelot. Ruber’s griffin tells him that Ayden caused him to drop Excalibur into the Forbidden Forest and Ruber grows even angrier when Kayley escapes from his clutches. After being chased by some of Ruber’s men, Kayley finds herself in the Forbidden Forest. Determined to find Excalibur, she winds up falling down a trap and meets Garrett, a blind hermit, and Ayden, his falcon friend. Kayley convinces him to help her find Excalibur with her.

They travel to Dragon Country and meet the comic relief two-headed dragon named Devon and Cornwall. Devon and Cornwall don’t like each other, can’t breathe fire or fly (which is why they are bullied by other dragons), and both want to be individual dragons. After escaping other dragons and Ruber and his men, Devon and Cornwall decide to join to the group after they broke the dragon code of helping humans. Garrett reluctantly agrees after Kayley manages to convince him. When they stop for the night, Kayley mentions that her father is Sir Lionel. She then learns about Garrett’s past: he was once a young stable boy in Camelot. The stable caught fire and he was blinded while rescuing the horses. The film, set in 1964, follows the story of Jimmy Cooper (Phil Daniels), a London Mod (one of a group of fashion-obsessed working-class youths who listen to African-American soul, Jamaican ska, and British beat music and R&B, take amphetamines and ride Vespa and Lambretta scooters). The Mods’ arch-enemies are the Rockers, who in turn wear black leather and ride motorcycles and prefer traditional Rock ‘n’ Roll. Disillusioned by his parents and a dead-end job as a post room boy in an advertising firm, Jimmy finds an outlet for his teenage angst with his Mod pals Dave (Mark Wingett), Chalky (Philip Davis) and Spider (Gary Shail). However, his angst and confusion are compounded by the fact that one of his Rocker rivals is in fact childhood friend Kevin (Ray Winstone), to whom he comments, “I don’t wanna be the same as everybody else – that’s why I’m a Mod, see?”

A bank holiday weekend provides the excuse for the rivalry between the two gangs to come to a head, as they both descend upon the seaside town of Brighton. A series of running battles ensues, based on the real-life “Second Battle of Hastings” riot of 1964. As the police close in on the rioters, Jimmy escapes down an alleyway with Steph (Leslie Ash), a girl on whom he has a crush, to have sex. Martin Raikes (Michael Keaton) is a bank investigator who is sent to Monaco to check up on the shady dealings of a movie production. After the business trip, he’ll then fly over to London to visit his daughter.

When Martin arrives in Monaco, he is met by the film company’s CFO, Lela Forin (Judith Godreche) and washed-up action star Jake Mellows (Michael Caine).

Something is rotten with the production, though, and Martin senses it. Unfortunately, he sticks his nose in a little too deep for the corrupt bankrollers’ tastes, and is soon deemed a threat to them. Martin is first offered a mega-bribe, but he rejects it. As it turns out, the bankrollers are Russian mafia, led by Oleg Butraskaya (Rade Sherbedgia).

Suddenly, Martin finds himself framed for an assassination attempt, and the hostile authorities—on the payroll of the mob—want to kill him. The American authorities are also hot on his trail, investigating him for money laundering, among other false charges.

As Martin sifts through the mystery, he reveals the nefarious nature of Oleg’s rackets, which include illegal pornography and money laundering. Not knowing who to trust, he turns to Lela. Soon, she, too, is marked for death, and the two go on the run, before meeting up with Jake, who joins the group.

The film continues immediately after the events of Casino Royale with Bond driving from Lake Como to Siena, Italy. With the captured Mr. White in the luggage compartment of his car, Bond is attacked by chasing henchmen. After evading his pursuers, Bond and M interrogate White regarding his organisation, Quantum. M’s bodyguard, Mitchell, is revealed as a double agent and a traitor, attacking M and allowing White to escape; Bond chases Mitchell across Siena and kills him. Following a forensic investigation into Mitchell’s apartment back in London, Bond heads to Haiti to track down and kill Mitchell’s contact, Edmund Slate. In carrying out his objective, Bond learns that Slate was sent to kill Camille Montes at the behest of her lover, Dominic Greene, the chairman of an ecological organization called Greene Planet. While observing her meeting with Greene, Bond learns that Greene is helping the Bolivian general Medrano – who murdered Camille’s family – overthrow his government in exchange for a seemingly barren piece of desert.

Greene has Camille escorted away on Medrano’s boat to “sweeten” their deal, but Bond rescues her. Bond then follows Greene to a private jet, which flies him to a performance of Tosca at Lake Constance, Austria. Bond infiltrates Quantum’s meeting at the opera, and a gunfight ensues in a restaurant. A bodyguard of Guy Haines, an advisor to the British Prime Minister, is killed, and M, assuming Bond is the killer, has his passports and credit cards revoked. Bond travels to Talamone, small Italian town in Maremma, to reunite with his old ally René Mathis, whom he convinces to accompany him to La Paz. They are greeted by Strawberry Fields, an MI6 field operative from the British Consulate, who demands that Bond return to the UK on the next available flight. Bond disobeys and seduces her in their hotel suite.

Bond meets Camille again at a fund-raiser being held by Greene, and they leave hastily together, but are pulled over by the Bolivian police. The police order Bond to open the luggage compartment of his vehicle, revealing a bloodied Mathis. As Bond lifts Mathis out of the vehicle, the policemen open fire and fatally wound Mathis, who dies in Bond’s arms. After Bond subdues the police and deposits Mathis’s body in a waste container, Bond and Camille drive to Greene’s intended land acquisition and survey the area in a Douglas DC-3 plane. They are intercepted and shot down by an Aermacchi SF.260 fighter and a Bell UH-1 Iroquois helicopter. They escape from the crippled plane by parachuting, landing in a sinkhole. While escaping the cave, Bond and Camille discover Quantum is blockading Bolivia’s supply of fresh water, normally flowing in subterranean rivers, by damming it to double the price of water. The duo return to La Paz, where Bond meets M and learns Quantum murdered Fields by drowning her in crude oil. Angela Vidal (Jennifer Carpenter) and her cameraman Scott Percival (Steve Harris), a late night television host and crew duo, set out to film a report on the night shift of a Los Angeles fire station. Angela and Scott are introduced to firefighters Fletcher (Johnathon Schaech) and Jake (Jay Hernandez).

A medical emergency at an apartment complex is reported and the night shift is sent in. Yuri (Rade Serbedzija) the building manager leads everyone and two police officers, James (Andrew Fiscella) and Danny (Columbus Short), to the apartment of Mrs. Espinoza (Jeannie Epper), the source of prior screaming. Yuri knocks, waits, then unlocks the door and a dog runs out. Inside, Espinoza is hysterical. While trying to subdue the crazed elder, James gets bitten by Espinoza. The police and firemen save him and leave her in the apartment, with Fletcher to keep watch over her. Lawrence (Greg Germann), a veterinarian, tends to the injured policeman when Fletcher falls off a railing and hits the floor of the lobby several stories below. His neck is broken and his bones are shattered, and there are signs of him being bitten as well, though a pulse is still detectable. Danny and Jake go upstairs, and Jake is forced to shoot Espinoza after she growls and charges at them, even more hysterical than the prior times she is shown on camera. Upon return downstairs, Danny, Jake, Angela, and Scott learn that all exterior windows and doors are sealed from the outside due to a containment process by police officers outside the building; all cell phones and cable connections to televisions are jammed, as well. Everyone except two people, and a sick woman named Elise (Stacy Chbosky) are brought downstairs by the fire department. During a short lull in the action, Angela interviews Briana (Joey King), the five-year-old daughter of two tenants who are sick with bronchitis. Briana reveals that her father took her sick dog, Max, to the animal hospital, which is why he is not around. Lawrence incredulously concludes that the symptoms of those infected are similar to rabies, only much more fast-acting.

Bernard (Bernard White) and Sadie (Dania Ramirez) introduce themselves as a music teacher and his student. In the middle of their interview with Angela, Fletcher, foaming at the mouth, stands up on his broken legs and attempts to attack everyone, but Lawrence sedates him. Bernard, Sadie, Angela, and Scott sneak upstairs to Bernard and Sadie’s apartment, where they have a television hooked up to an antenna; without the use of cable television, they will be able to watch the news reports and learn more about what’s going on. Upstairs, they witness Espinoza’s dog attack a man who refused to come downstairs when he appears in the elevator. Shaken, they continue to Bernard and Sadie’s apartment, and watch as a news report on television states that everyone was evacuated from the apartment complex before the police began to quarantine the building, an obvious lie. The power goes off moments later, and a noise is heard from another part of the apartment. Elise, rabid and hysterical, attacks Angela, though doesn’t succeed in biting her. Scott beats Elise’s face in with the camera, and after a few seconds of letting the moment sink in, the foursome return downstairs, leaving Elise in the apartment, unconscious.Read more
