Megan Gordon (Rainbow Harvest) is a shy girl who moves into a new neighborhood from Los Angeles with her recently widowed mother Susan (Black). In her new school, Megan does not make many friends, and is taunted mercilessly by her peers, apart from Nikki Chandler (Kristin Dattilo) and handsome jock Ron (Ricky Paull Goldin). Megan finds in the attic of the house an antique framed mirror with special powers that seems to possess a demon inside of it. Megan becomes dependent on this mirror and soon it takes her over, giving her powers and her tolerance for the kids at school is wearing thin. People begin to die and things get out of control.
