Having discovered a den of crooked cops who are responsible for drug dealing, murder, and street prostitution, audacious fledgling journalist Josh Pollack (Justin Timberlake) forms an alliance with a seasoned reporter, Moses Ashford (Morgan Freeman), and a renowned investigator for the district attorney’s office, Levon Wallace (Kevin Spacey), in order to expose the corruption.
